Inwood Dentistry is located at 372 Middleway Pike Suite A Inwood, West Virginia 25428. We proudly serve patients from Inwood, Bunker Hill, Middleway, Martinsburg, Gerrardstown, Vanville, Charles Town and beyond.

Appointment

The first step towards a beautiful, healthy smile is to schedule an appointment. Please contact our office by phone (304) 229-5851 or complete an online appointment request.

Patient Forms

If you are a new patient to our office, please visit our patient forms page to download our new patient bundle with forms that will need to be filled out when you arrive at our office. Printing them, filling them out and bringing them with you will allow us to attend to your medical needs more quickly than completing them on your arrival. Thank you and please contact our office if you have any questions at all.

Payment Options

For payment you can choose from Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card

Please Note: Inwood Dentistry requires 50% of payment at prep appointments and remaining payment in full at completion. For all other treatment requiring appointments with us all co-pays are due in FULL at time of service. 

For patients with dental insurance we are happy to work with your carrier to maximize your benefit and directly bill them for reimbursement for your treatment.

A fee up to $50 is charged for patients who miss or cancel without 24-hour notice. Continual missed appointments will result in dismissal from the practice.

A $25 return check fee is charged for returned checks.

Account balances that reach 90 days are sent a letter advising that the account will be turned in to a Collection Agency. A $50 collection fee is charged to the account once it is in Collections.

We are pleased to accept the CareCredit healthcare, credit card. CareCredit lets you say "Yes" to recommended surgical and non-surgical dental procedures like crowns, oral surgery or even a general checkup, and pay for them in convenient monthly payments that fit your financial situation.
