Payment Options

An important part of our mission is making the cost of optimal care as easy and manageable for our patients as possible. We proudly serve patients from Inwood, Bunker Hill, Middleway, Martinsburg, Gerrardstown, Vanville, Charles Town and beyond.

For payment you can choose from Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card

Please Note: Inwood Dentistry requires 50% of payment at prep appointments and remaining payment in full at completion. For all other treatment requiring appointments with us all co-pays are due in FULL at time of service. 

For patients with dental insurance we are happy to work with your carrier to maximize your benefit and directly bill them for reimbursement for your treatment.

A fee up to $50 is charged for patients who miss or cancel without 24-hour notice. Continual missed appointments will result in dismissal from the practice.

A $25 return check fee is charged for returned checks.

Account balances that reach 90 days are sent a letter advising that the account will be turned in to a Collection Agency. A $50 collection fee is charged to the account once it is in Collections.
